The short version
Your keepsake holds flowers from one of the most important days of your life, so we pack it the way we would want our own to travel. Each piece is wrapped in protective layers, fixed inside a strong box so it cannot move, and sealed. We ship with trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart and Trackon.
We dispatch your piece only after you have seen photos and a video of the finished keepsake and confirmed you are happy with it. As soon as it leaves the studio, we send you the courier name and tracking ID on WhatsApp.
Delivery usually takes about 4–5 working days after dispatch, depending on your city and pin code.
We send finished pieces to couples living abroad. Delivery time and shipping cost depend on the country, and we share both with you before dispatch.
Occasionally a courier is delayed by heavy rain, local restrictions, festivals or national holidays. If that happens, we follow up with the courier for you and keep you updated until the parcel reaches you.
In Jaipur, our team collects the fresh varmala from your home. For other cities, we arrange pickup and guide you step by step on how to dry and pack the flowers safely. Damage in transit is rare, but we take it seriously when it happens.
Because every piece is made with your own flowers, we cannot always make an identical new one. That is why we pack so carefully, and why the unboxing video matters.
Please check your delivery address and phone number when we confirm the order. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address or because nobody was available, we will reship it once you confirm the correct details. Courier charges for reshipping may apply.
