The varmala you couldn’t throw away is why this studio exists
I’m Kavita Dadhich. I run Varmala Preservation India from a small resin studio in Narayan Vihar, Jaipur. Since 2010 my hands have been in resin and flowers, and today my team and I do one thing: we keep wedding flowers safe for the rest of your life.

It started with a question I kept hearing
Before resin became my life, I studied business and did an MBA. Art was what I did in every spare hour. When friends and relatives got married, they would show me their varmala a few days after the wedding, already turning brown in a plastic bag, and ask the same thing: “Isko kya karein? Throw it away? It feels wrong.”
I understood that feeling. The varmala is the first thing you exchange as a couple. Both families are watching, someone is cheering, the photographer is shouting “once more!” And then, within a week, it is gone.
So I started saving them. First for people I knew, slowly drying the flowers, setting them in resin, adding the couple’s photo and their date. Then for their friends. Then for people I had never met, in cities I had never been to. That is how a resin art studio turned into a studio that does almost nothing but wedding flowers.
What I learnt from thousands of couples
Over the years we have made more than 5,000 keepsakes. Every couple is different, but the worries are almost always the same, and they shaped how we work today.
“Will my flowers be crushed?”
Many brides tell us they don’t want their varmala pulled apart. So we offer full varmala frames that keep the garland in its own shape, and we tell you honestly when a design will need petals instead.
“What if it doesn’t look like I imagined?”
This is the biggest fear, and fair enough. So nothing is poured until you have seen your dried flowers, the layout, your photo and your names on video, and said yes.
“I live far away. Will it reach safely?”
We arrange pickup across India, guide you on drying and packing, and pack every finished piece like it is going to our own home. We also send keepsakes to couples living abroad.
“I’ve seen Instagram sellers disappear.”
We have a studio address you can visit, a phone that is answered, and 4.8-star Google reviews that anyone can read. You should always be able to find us.

How we treat your varmala
- Like it is the only order we have. A small 6-inch frame gets the same slow drying and the same checks as a full varmala frame.
- Honest advice, even if it means a smaller order. If a cheaper size will look better on your wall, we will say so.
- A real person on WhatsApp. You get progress photos and videos, and answers to your questions, from the people making your piece.
- No surprises on price. Our price ranges are public. Your exact quote is fixed before we start.
- Your date matters. Anniversary, birthday or a surprise gift: tell us when you book and we plan around it. Urgent orders cost nothing extra.

Most couples still find out about varmala preservation too late, when the flowers are already in the bin or in the river. My goal is simple: every couple should know, before the wedding, that their varmala can be kept. And when they choose to keep it, they should get it done by people who will treat it with the same care their families gave to the wedding.
